Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of this website. They are not the agreement under which Corevia provides its platform — that is a separate written contract.

Effective: September 1, 2026  ·  Last updated: September 1, 2026

1. Who we are

This website is operated by Corevia Health, LLC, a California limited liability company ("Corevia", "we", "us"). Our business address is:

Corevia Health, LLC
8605 Santa Monica Blvd, Suite 560166
West Hollywood, California 90069
United States

2. What these terms cover

These Terms of Use apply to this website at coreviahealth.com and any page or content we make publicly available through it. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

These terms do not govern access to the Corevia platform itself. Use of the platform by a customer, a clinician or a patient is governed by a separate written agreement — a master services agreement, a business associate agreement, a clinician participation agreement, or the terms presented within the applicable branded patient experience. Where any of those conflicts with this page, that agreement controls.

3. No medical advice, and no patient relationship

Corevia provides technology, administrative and business-support services. Corevia does not practice medicine. Medical care described anywhere on this site is delivered exclusively by independent, physician-owned professional practices that are solely responsible for clinical judgment and for the care of their patients.

Nothing on this website is medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and nothing here creates a physician-patient relationship between you and Corevia or between you and any clinician. If you are a patient seeking care, contact the healthcare brand you enrolled with. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.

4. Permitted use

You may view, download and print pages from this site for your own informational or internal business use. You may not:

  • use the site for any unlawful purpose, or in violation of these terms;
  • copy, republish or redistribute site content commercially without our written permission;
  • scrape, crawl, harvest or use automated means to extract content, except that well-behaved search engine crawlers respecting our robots.txt are welcome;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, account or network connected to the site, or probe or test its security or authentication;
  • introduce malware, or interfere with the operation or availability of the site;
  • use our name, logo or marks in a way that suggests endorsement or affiliation that does not exist;
  • misrepresent your identity or your affiliation with any person or organization.

If you believe you have found a security vulnerability in this site or in the Corevia platform, please tell us at hello@coreviahealth.com rather than disclosing it publicly. We will not pursue legal action against researchers who report in good faith, avoid privacy violations and data destruction, and give us a reasonable opportunity to remediate.

5. Intellectual property

The site and its content — text, design, graphics, diagrams, code and the arrangement of them — are owned by Corevia or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. "Corevia", "Corevia Health" and our logo are marks of Corevia Health, LLC. No license to any mark is granted by your use of the site.

6. Information you send us

If you email us or otherwise send us information through this site, you are responsible for what you send. Do not send protected health information, patient records, or any other sensitive personal information through this website or by unencrypted email. This site is not a secure channel for clinical data, and we do not want to receive it here.

Any suggestion, feedback or idea you send us about our products may be used by us without obligation, restriction or compensation to you. This does not apply to information covered by a signed confidentiality agreement between us.

7. Third-party links and marks

The site may link to third-party websites and may reference third-party organizations, products and certifications. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. Third-party names and marks are the property of their respective owners, and their appearance does not imply endorsement of Corevia by them, or by us of them, except where expressly stated.

8. Forward-looking and descriptive statements

The site describes our platform, its capabilities and our plans. Descriptions of features, integrations, capacity, partners and roadmap are provided for information and may change. They are not commitments, warranties or representations on which any purchasing decision should be based. Contractual commitments about the platform are made only in a signed agreement.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COREVIA DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT ITS CONTENT IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE OR CURRENT.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COREVIA AND ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THIS WEBSITE, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THIS WEBSITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Corevia harmless from any claim, loss, liability or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the site in violation of these terms or of applicable law.

12. Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Subject to the dispute resolution section below, the state and federal courts located in Orange County, California have exclusive jurisdiction, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

13. Dispute resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to this website or these terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California, as set out in section 12. There is no mandatory arbitration provision and no class-action waiver in these terms.

Before filing anything, we would ask that you contact us at legal@coreviahealth.com and give us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter. Most things that reach a lawyer could have been settled by an email, and we would rather have the email.

Nothing in this section limits either party's right to seek injunctive relief for the misuse of intellectual property or unauthorized access to systems.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top will change, and the updated version applies from the date it is posted. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
